Are the balloons environment-friendly?
Absolutely. We only use the best quality latex balloons that are made of natural rubber and so our balloons are 100% biodegradable. We do not encourage helium-filled balloons to be released into the air that is why we make sure that each balloon is securely attached to a weight. Large balloon installations that require our frame are taken down by us after the event to make sure that it is disposed of properly.
How long does it take for you to install?
Before booking, please take note of the installation times as below. Organic garlands that does not have floral requirement generally take shorter time than those that does. We kindly request that you take this into account before placing your order.
4ft-6ft balloon garland without flowers - 15-30mins
4ft-6ft balloon garland with flowers- 45mins-1hour
8ft balloon garland without flowers - 30-45 mins
8ft balloon garland with flowers - 1-1.5 hours
Half arch 10ft balloons without flowers - 1-2 hours
Half arch 10ft balloons with flowers - 2-3 hours
Giant Hoop without flowers - 2-3 hours
Giant Hoop with flowers - 3-4 hours
Balloon Wall without flowers- 4-5 hours
Balloon Wall with flowers - 5-6hours
How long does the balloons last?
Helium-filled latex balloons float for 8-12 hours indoors. After this time it will start to go down slowly. Foil balloons with helium float longer which is around 2-3 weeks, during that time it will start to deflate also. Organic balloon garlands are air-filled and if indoors, it can last for 2 weeks and more, depending on the room temperature. Too much cold will make it shrink and too much heat will pop it. It will gradually lose its shine and become matte in texture over time. Outdoors (in the beautiful Irish weather, during summer), it lasts about 2 days. Latex balloons easily matte when exposed to the sunlight. We don’t advise outdoor installations during winter.
Do you have a price list?
We do have a price guide that you can refer to and this is available upon request. As each install is bespoke to made for each client, the final price will always be dependent on the overall design, colors, and the level of difficulty of installation. Prices are subjected to change anytime without further notice.
What is the process of ordering balloons?
We start with you answering the basic questions through the contact form. As soon as that is received we check if we have availability on your date. We always aim to accommodate your orders so if you are sure about your date and venue we encourage you to book your balloons ASAP. For guidance on the lead time please see below:
Small installations (4ft -8ft garlands) 2 weeks; Large installations (10ft above) 6 weeks; Weddings - 6 months
We are a small business owner so we need a bit of time to source out the materials. We do have some supply so if you need a rush order kindly give us a call or quick email to ask. We charge a small fee for rush orders. Small orders require the full fee upfront.
For big installs such as in weddings, we need a nonrefundable deposit to secure your date. A consultation with you over email to discuss design options once the deposit is confirmed will then commence and we will make a sketch of the design for your approval. Please note that the design is final and cannot be amended 2 months prior to your wedding/event date as we will be starting to source out materials by then.
